Heritage Gift Store stands 100% behind your order. We want you to be satisfied with the products that you receive and strive to offer quality to our customers. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

What if I want to return or exchange an item?

Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of sale for items returned in new, unused condition and returned in their original package. To process your return request, please contact Customer Service for authorization to return merchandise. We will gladly credit the original credit card, or issue a gift certificate for items returned in new, unused condition. Please note, we are unable to refund any shipping charges, and returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

To exchange an item for something else, complete the return process for the original item and submit a new order for the item you want as a replacement.
