Shipping and Handling
Heritage Gift Store prides itself in being one of the fastest shippers on the Internet. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM Eastern Time will usually ship the same day.
Orders placed after the 3 PM Eastern Time cutoff will usually ship the next business day. Orders placed between Friday, 3 PM Eastern Time, and Monday, 3 PM Eastern Time, will usually ship that Monday. Most packages utilizing standard ground delivery arrive within 3-5 business days (skip the ship date when calculating the estimated delivery date). All estimated arrival dates are estimates only and not guaranteed by Heritage Gift Store.

Oversized Items
Oversized items will be charged the applicable oversized shipping charges. Oversized items are not eligible for free shipping promotions or expedited shipping. Please note, these items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking the Status of an Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be assigned and you will be notified via email. You can then track your package online. Simply log into Your Account, click on View Your Order/Billing History, find your order number, and click the tracking number in the Shipping Status column. The online tracking system will display the most current information on the status of your package and when it is forecasted to arrive at its final destination.
